CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (NIGHT SHIFT) [Nigeria]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer communications – Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.
  • Taking all possible measures to timely resolve a customer’s query and processing them in accordance with our established procedures and policies
  • Consult on customer success – Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product/service based on their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and make recommendations to management
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Organize and forward emails and monitor office supplies.
  • Keep up-to-date with company products and services.
  • Will under no circumstances work under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Comply with company policies, safety policies procedures

Requirements:

  • HND / BSc in related field
  • 1-3years proven experience as a Customer Service Executive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Salary: ₦90,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
