Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer communications – Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.
- Taking all possible measures to timely resolve a customer’s query and processing them in accordance with our established procedures and policies
- Consult on customer success – Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product/service based on their unique needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and make recommendations to management
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Organize and forward emails and monitor office supplies.
- Keep up-to-date with company products and services.
- Will under no circumstances work under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Comply with company policies, safety policies procedures
Requirements:
- HND / BSc in related field
- 1-3years proven experience as a Customer Service Executive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
