- Report to Operations Executive / Operations Manager.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients at worksite.
- Handle complaints and feedback from clients.
- Plan periodic work schedule.
- Conduct inspections on cleaning as per requirements.
- Manage cleaners assigned to carry out the cleaning tasks properly.
- Responsible for the daily attendance and prepare monthly attendance report.
- Responsible for staff discipline and well being.
- Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and tender specifications.
- Comply with legal and other applicable requirements related to quality, environment and safety.
- Conduct On-the-Job training and orientation to staff.
- Conduct briefing and toolbox meeting.
- Requisite for cleaning supplies and ensure proper record of stock.
- To perform cleaning work when needed.
- Any other assignments as and when directed by Operations Executive / Operations Manager.
