Executive, Refunds

Reports To

Senior Executive, Refunds

Role Purpose

Ensure refund processing are done on timely manner as per agreed SLA.

Key Accountability

  • Verify and approve refund application from travel agent in BSPlink.
  • Attend expired tickets application by checking from ARA and ensure that all supporting documents are submitted for approval.
  • Ensure Station compliance to upload all Refunds document via MH Refund portal.
  • To update refund processing status monthly for preparation of monthly report.
  • To assist on any ad-hoc task assign by superior.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities to support / replace other team member roles if required.

Qualifications & Working Experience

Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance and/ or professional qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, MIA, etc.) with 0-2 years experience in Accounting and/ or Finance.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Possess in-depth understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Verse with ERP and other business / accounting tools.
  • Posses good knowledge of Word processing, spreadsheet and presentation tools (Word / Excel / Power point).
  • Understand his / her role in the team and how it impacts the overall outcome of the process.
  • Provide day to day guidance and help to officers in the team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Need Industry knowledge of aviation industry or knowledge of the job role.

Key Challenges

  • Managing the refund volumes.
  • To handle dispute/queries raised by BU's.
