Meadows Park are searching for that all important night care assistant to nurture and take care of our residents at a very vulnerable time of day. Having a patient manner to assist residents at this time is a very important and is central to the care team at Meadows Park.

As a Care assistant you will be carrying out several responsibilities and duties to keep you motivated, stimulated and content:

· Helping support residents with getting ready for the evening, whether that be relaxing them before they retire to bed, helping them get ready for bed or being comfort to them,

· Working with families to understand each residents needs, desires and purpose in their daily lives, they may have different routines during the evening and we want to be mindful of this,

· Checking on residents in a timely manner to ensure they are comfortable, their dignity is respected and they feel safe and secure during the night,

· Being the individual who supports the residents, keeping them company and keeping their purpose in life strong,

· Keeping the residents safe, respecting their individuality and their integrity.
