Our Team Members support our warehouse operations in ensuring our products and solutions are delivered in a safe and timely manner for our customers. Working in a dynamic team environment, you will provide a collaborative approach to a range of tasks such as machine operation, loading and unloading of trucks, and a variety of warehouse support that is both rewarding and fun. Some of these positions may require lifting and manual handling. We ensure that all our employees are supported with the necessary training and equipment to complete these tasks safely.
We have multiple full-time permanent positions available on our newly created night shift crew that operates from 10pm-6am Monday-Friday (you’ll start on a Sunday at 10pm and finish the week on Friday at 6am). Our Information Night will provide further detail around the specifics.
You will commence on an attractive rate of $38.87 per hour (includes night shift allowance), have the opportunity to work overtime, as well as eligibility for a 10% annual bonus incentive. You’ll also receive a $3,000 sign on bonus (paid in two equal amounts of $1500 at sign on and at 9mths). You will be provided with ongoing training and development, giving you the opportunity to receive an 8.5% rate increase upon successful completion of probation at the 6 month mark.

What Will You Do?
Working within a collaborative team environment, you’ll receive ongoing training and support to learn to:
- support and promote a safe working environment
- operate machinery to process and manufacture our products
- safely pack and strap our products and monitor products for quality control
- drive forklifts and operate cranes
