Responsibilities:
1. Brainstorming creative concepts.
2. Photo Selection -> Cutting -> Face toning -> Garment Color Toning -> background change and Save all images in multiple Platform guideline Wise
3. Coordinating photography assignments and allocating projects to in-house/external
photographers.
4. Selecting photographs that complement the text in the way envisaged by the creative team.
5. Editing and artfully positioning photographs to accompany texts.
6. Submitting photographic designs for approval in a timely manner.
7. Keeping track of industry trends and advancements in the field of photographic editing.
8. Procures and manipulates photos and images as needed
9. Reviews project pipeline and anticipates photo needs
10. Ensures adherence to style guide and branding
11. Strong technical skills, and be comfortable with editing software such as Photoshop, capture one, Lightroom, and more
12. Skilled working with creative, digital marketing and social media teams to prepare/edit/distribute
large volumes of imagery for a wide variety of uses
13. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and where project needs can quickly change
14. Be a strong decision-maker, with editorial skills and an understanding of how an image tells our company story
15. Advanced proficiency in photograph editing software, such as Photoshop, capture one, Lightroom, and more
Skills:
1. Bachelors or associate degree in photography, visual arts, or similar.
2. 2-3 years of experience in photo editing, or similar.
3. A complete portfolio of work-related examples.
4. Exceptional creative abilities as reflected in appealing photographic content.
5. Ability to collaborate on projects and integrate creative feedback.
6. Extensive experience in coordinating photography projects and meeting deadlines.
7. Proficiency in keeping up with photography trends and related technologies.
8. Excellent communication skills
